Installed or assembled
Products in non-original condition and packaging
Products Customized, customized or special order for your specifications

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit and provide proof of purchase.

In some cases, only partial refunds are allowed:

Any item at the appropriate transportation time;

Within 30 days after you receive the goods, if the goods have any manufacturer defects, please contact us immediately and take photos and videos for our inspection.


Once your request is approved, our customer service will provide you with a return address (not a location address or package address).
Please send the item back to the return address as soon as possible, and then send us the tracking number.
The items received are unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. All returned goods will be inspected. When we confirm that the product has the problem you mentioned, we will process a refund.
If your request is not approved or the returned item is in an unacceptable state, we reserve the right not to process a refund.
Your refund credit will be issued after the merchandise is returned and inspected. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
